If We Both Gain Weight, That’ll Be All the More To Love
One week more to go and my husband and I will be married for two months. Time indeed does fly when you’re having fun. It seems like it was only last week when we celebrated our first month of being married with a delicious cake.
And for our second month of being married, there will be a delicious cake once again, of different flavor this time. It will be like this every month, celebrate it with a cake, for the first year, at least.
I guess we’ll both be needing the best fat burners we can find for our 1st year anniversary. If anything, that will be our gifts to each other. LOL!
Do I Dare to Wear?
I never thought I would ever wear sexy adult costumes in my life. I am an adult, but I am just so shy to wear such. Shopping for anything like that was never on my to-do list and no one gave anything like that until my bridal shower in February. I received several sexy outfits, some of them so daring I thought I would not wear them at all because they were just too daring and provocative for me.
But guess what? I got the nerve and guts to wear them. And guess when was that? Yes, of course, on our wedding night! LOL. I tried the unexpected and I’ve never regretted it. (“,)
It’s Everspring in His Heart
My hubby and I shared a blog. I invited him to be my co-author during the time that he was still my boyfriend. I never thought of having an author until I learned that he is into writing too and how good he is at it. He writes for their company’s newsletter and aside from that, he has started writing novels that he hasn’t finished yet as well as created numerous poems. There’s a poet in him and his being poetic is one of the reasons actually that he captured my heart. First time that I have met such a man and it is something that I really found so romantic. He’s one of a kind, really!
Anyway, I was reading his blog posts yesterday on our blog, all of them including the ones he had written last year. He wrote about the spring of last year and had included a poem that he had created, spring being his inspiration. The end of the poem says… it is everspring in my heart… and reading that line reminded me of that time when he told me that line and shared with me the poem. That’s how romantic he can get.
Springtime Means Playtime!
Springtime is here and pretty soon, going to parks and enjoying the commercial playground equipment will be on our to-do list. I guess I can also enjoy the playground, can’t I? I am petite anyway and I believe I will fit on that equipment. LOL.
Really, having cold weather and not being able to enjoy the outdoors really sucks! But the weather is changing and I can’t wait to enjoy it to the fullest! Woohoo!!!
I Like Cheese in More Ways Than One
Sending an SMS was one of the things that my husband and I did during those times that we were still half a world apart before our marriage. We are together now and living under one roof, but I got a little cheesy and playful today and sent him messages on his cell phone. Knowing him to be playful too, he did reply and was cheesy too. LOL. That is something that I like about him, he can be silly when I am silly and he can be cheesy when I am cheesy and vice versa. Isn’t that nice?
Oh well, enough about that. I don’t want you to feel sick hearing about this. For those who can be cheesy, they will understand and smirk for sure. LOL. I might as well continue checking for prices of epson printers. I don’t need one, but my mom does and I am helping her get the best deal she can get. So, see ya later!
Spring Means Rebirth and Change
After our home’s renovation, there are still things that need some changing like the curtains for example, some of the furniture which includes the patio furniture for our back deck, and the sofa and chairs in the living room. I’ve been wanting to change them from the moment I got here actually, but there are things that needed to be prioritized so we set them aside for the moment.
But come spring, we will start changing one by one. I already know where to get the best modern furniture that I want as well as the beautiful curtains that will match them. I can’t wait to start and see everything all new.
The Poet Strikes Again
I am referring to my husband who is starting to create another poem while watching basketball in the living room. I am doing my thing here too while he is busy doing his because when I went there and asked him about it, he hid what he’s writing from me. I wonder if the poem is for me or for somebody else. Har.
I do wonder too what made him think of creating one all of a sudden. He’s got inspiration for certain and it could be somebody or something. Only him knows for now because I think he will share the poem with me once he’s done. I am not sure about that though since I am not sure if the poem is for me. But I am keeping everything crossed. ‘Tis Best to Be Safe, Than Sorry
With the high technology of present times where everything is made so easy and hassle-free for all of us, we couldn’t be happier, huh? There are a lot of things that we can do by just merely using our fingers. Shopping, schooling, paying bills, to name a few. Not to mention, the high technology home alarms that keeps our households safe and protect our loved ones.
I’ve always admired those people who have thought of such innovative products like home automation for example. I should say, peace of mind is better than anything else. Life gets no better than this. And there are more innovations to come in the future. That, I look forward to seeing.
He Looks Good With It
I never thought my hubby would look good with a cigar in his mouth. I never saw him with one until I browsed his old photos taken more or less twenty years ago. He looked like a filthy rich man with that cigar. Unfortunately, he is not as rich as he looks. LOL. Just kidding, Honey!
I wonder if he still would like to have another cigar because the only thing that I’ve seen him use lately were cigarettes. I’ve got to ask him about that. It could be a good gift.
