My Click is Sick

I’ve been using my digital camera for two years now. It was a gift that my husband gave me when he was still my fiancé, on my 34th Birthday. I’ve never had problems with it ever since, but lately I’ve noticed that the battery gets low after just a few snap shots. I have this feeling that it needs to have a new battery soon.

I told the husband about it a few days ago and I was delighted when he told me that he’s got spare batteries with his digital camera. But unfortunately, what he has are canon batteries since his camera is a Canon brand, but not mine. He forgot that he got me a different brand. Well, I can always get one online or at an electronics store. Hopefully, it will not cost me an arm and a leg.

The Kitchen Has a Fresher Look

Our new dishwasher and new oven were finally delivered and the hubby got them installed all by himself. Yeah! The husband installed them himself because the fee for the installation was almost half the price of the appliances themselves! Besides, the husband is a fixer-upper so it was a piece of cake for him. It didn’t even take him an hour to finish the job. Good job, Honey!

Now, our next project would be a new refrigerator and perhaps a new TV with one of those antennas for digital tv. But just like the two new appliances, we are going to save for it because we are going to pay in cash. We can use the credit card if we want, but we chose not too. There’s definitely no need to rush. The fridge that we have now is still useful and the upgrading can wait. (“,)

Busy Boy

We’ve been waiting for this day because our newly bought appliances will be delivered today. My husband took a leave off work because he wants to be here when the appliances will be delivered. He is actually starting to get busy now. He wants the old appliances removed and out of the house before the new ones will be delivered.

I told him that we could wait for the men from the store where we bought the appliances so he will have helpers. But I guess my husband is way too excited that he wants the old appliances removed pronto. LOL.

He already had the dishwasher removed and soon, it will be the oven’s turn. Good boy, Honey! (“,)

Good Times Aren’t a Given

Life is not a bed of roses. I know that and I guess all of us know it‘s true. But even though it is not the case and life is full of spices, still, life is beautiful, most especially if you are loved by many.

Life is difficult with all the bills and expenses that we have to think of on a day-to-day basis, but for as long as everything is taken care of like insurance, for example, we are good to go.

And speaking of that, do you have insurance yet? If not yet, check 5th wheel insurance and they will certainly get you covered. What a sudden change of gears, huh? (“,)

What, Me Worry? Hubby Has to Do the Snow Driving

Summer has gone by so quick and it’s already fall. And before we know it, the snow will be falling and winter will be upon us. I will not be seeing bike racks anymore because it will be ski rack time .

Cold temperatures are really not something fun to me, but what I like about winter is the snow. I just love it when everything around me is white and fluffy. Not to mention, I don’t have to deal with it because I am a stay at home wife and mom. Teehee.

Meeting the Neighbors

I’ve finally met our other neighbors on Saturday, and they were equally glad to meet me. They’ve heard so much about me from the husband even before we arrived, but everybody have been so busy, and everything here have just been so chaotic since we arrived thus, we never really got the chance.

And it wasn’t even on the plan last Saturday. The husband was mowing the yard when one of the neighbors talked to him and showed him his garden. He told the husband that he could take me anytime if I want to see it too. And so when the husband told me, off we went.

We were going out of the first neighbor’s house when the other neighbor saw us and invited us over. They were all nice people and I am really glad that we’ve got good neighbors in here. One of the neighbors even suggested that we will have a get-together anytime soon. That would be great! (“,)

Score Big!

It is the NFL season once again and though I am not really a big fan of the sport, I do like watching those ‘Touchdown’ clips on the news. That is definitely exciting to watch.

But I do know that a lot of people are so into the game. They are so into it that watching the game is not enough for them. They also buy a lot of goodies of their favorite NFL team. I do wonder if they know about the nfl shop coupons because using them would certainly be a touchdown.

A Nice Party It Was

We just got home from celebrating my stepdaughter’s 28th birthday. It was just a simple dinner party with family only.

I was in the middle of reading about title loans Nebraska when my husband told me that it was time to go. I had to bookmark the page so I could continue reading as soon as we got back home. And now that we home, it’s time for me to continue my task.

But it was a good night. The kids played with the adults after dinner and it was fun.
